About the Artwork

This sainted lady is being persecuted to death. After writing her life, they take her out in triumph. She deserves everything, and if they do it to shame her they are wasting their time. Nobody can shame her who is shameless.

 

A esta Sta. Señora la persiguen de muerte: después de escrivira la vida la sacan en triunfo. Todo se lo merece y si lo hacen por afrentarla es tiempo perdido. Nadie puede abergonzar a quien no tiene bergüenza.
