Award-winning author, food and nutrition journalist, Toni Tipton-Martin. Tipton-Martin is author of Jubilee: Recipes from Two Centuries of African American Cooking and Juke Joints, Jazz Clubs & Juice: A Cocktail Recipe Book. 

Connect your love of food and art through WAM’s new Culinary Program! WAM welcomes to Wichita award-winning author, food, and nutrition journalist Toni Tipton-Martin. Toni will curate a sensational multi-course meal inspired by her cookbooks Jubilee: Recipes from Two Centuries of African American Cooking and Juke Joints, Jazz Clubs & Juice: A Cocktail Recipe Book. During each course Toni will present interesting historical points on African American cooking and mixology, which mirror many of the themes in this fall’s featured exhibitions. Each course is perfectly paired with wine/cocktails/mocktails.
