Trip cost includes hotel accommodations at The Tennessean and the Biltmore, all meals from Wednesday dinner to Sunday brunch, group ground transportation, guided tours, and gratuities. Airfare is not included—guests must arrange their own flights to Knoxville and from Asheville. Major carriers include American Airlines, Delta, and United.

◆ Cancellation and Disclaimer
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Amy Hughey at hughey@wam.org. Deposits are non-refundable after September 1, 2025. While the Wichita Art Museum fully intends to carry out this donor trip as planned, we reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, safety concerns, or natural disasters. If the museum cancels, any payments made directly to WAM will be refunded in full. WAM is not responsible for independent costs such as airfare, insurance, or travel arrangements.

This includes travel to and from the event and any activities during the trip, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
