About Dwain Williams
For nearly 50 years, El Dorado resident Dwain Williams has brought joy to audiences through the art of balloons. A self-taught creator, he has entertained at schools, festivals, nursing homes, and private events across the U.S. and abroad. Often working for tips or donations so that every child receives a balloon, Williams is known for his generosity, playful spirit, and lifelong dedication to spreading happiness through his craft.
