Join us on the Day of the Dead, to talk about death over dinner. Members of our John Steuart Curry Society have thoughtfully planned their giving with transformative gifts to WAM, but sometimes this topic can feel taboo.

We invite you to come for a complimentary dinner, take part in this conversation, and learn more about the John Steuart Curry Society. The meal will be inspired by the culinary traditions of Mexico, known for celebrating Day of the Dead, a holiday to reunite with ancestors.

This isn’t meant to be a morbid conversation, but a very human one, where we consider what we want, both in life and during its close. Let’s talk about it – so we can lean into any fears we might have, get rid of inhibitions, and build deeper connections.

The dinner will be on November 1, 6:30 pm, 1400 by Elderslie at the Wichita Art Museum. Space is limited.
