Christince’s unique gift in teaching is her ability to get her students to go much deeper than just the physical practice. She guides her students on the journey of uncovering who they are at their core in a loving and playful way. She loves to watch her students gain confidence, transform their inner dialogue, and grow in ways they never thought possible. Christince began practicing yoga during her first pregnancy and hasn’t stopped since. Yoga is a vast science, and she has dedicated the last 18 years to deepening her understanding on the mat, in the books, and through life experience.  As a mother of four, Christince loves sharing her practice with tiny humans and is adept at navigating a wide range of needs and attention spans. She has spent countless years making yoga accessible and fun for kids by teaching yoga to USD 259 students, creating Mommy and Me classes and Summer Camp curriculum for Wichita Parks and Recreation.
